Terms & Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Slow Bliss Studio, a photography business based in Shropshire, UK. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
1.1 Slow Bliss Studio provides brand and spaces photography services, including but not limited to: Personal brand shoots Interior and business space photography Content creation for websites and social media
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A booking is confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is paid and agreed in writing.
The remaining balance is due the day before the scheduled shoot date. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
2.2 Final edited images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
2.3 The Photographer is not VAT registered.
2.4 Any additional agreed expenses must be paid in advance of provision of the Services.
2.5 In the event that payment is not made in accordance with the above clauses, the Photographer
reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act
1998, calculated from the date that payment was due until the date that payment is made.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Once the Client signs and returns this Contract to the Photographer and/or pays the Deposit, the booking is considered confirmed. The Photographer reserves the right to charge a fee for cancellation or
postponement at their discretion.
3.2 In the event of illness, unforeseen circumstances or unsuitable conditions, either party may request to reschedule the shoot to a mutually agreed date.
4. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Arrive on time and be prepared for the session Ensure locations are accessible and ready Obtain any necessary permissions for shooting locations Delays may reduce shooting time.
5. Image Delivery - Final edited images will be delivered within 14 days from the shoot date unless otherwise agreed. Images are delivered digitally via gallery/download link. RAW (unedited) images are not provided.
6. Editing Style By booking, you agree to the photographer’s editing style, which is consistent with their portfolio. Additional editing requests may incur an extra fee.
7. Usage & Licensing - Slow Bliss Studio retains copyright of all images. Clients are granted a license to use images for their business, including: Websites Social media Marketing materials. Images must not be resold, altered excessively, or submitted to third parties (e.g. magazines, stock libraries) without written permission. If extended or commercial licensing is required, this must be agreed in advance.
8. Portfolio Use - Slow Bliss Studio may use images for: Portfolio, Website, Social media, Marketing purposes. If you would prefer certain images not to be shared, please discuss this in advance.
9. Liability - While every care is taken, Slow Bliss Studio is not liable for: Unforeseen circumstances affecting the shoot, Loss or damage beyond reasonable control In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
10. Force Majeure - Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control (e.g. weather, illness, travel disruption).
11. Data Protection - Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with UK GDPR.
12. Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
